If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used skincare tools
• LED light therapy devices that have been turned on

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pranshcjagwani@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement as we process orders quickly.
